- Whenever annual target is being met, 1% of total per annum transaction rebate will be given.

2% advertising budget support
- We support your advertising & promotion expenses based on 2% of your previous quarter transaction amount, as long as the proof of advertising is submitted. Budget is strictly for 1 quarter only.

Free Showroom Sample
- We will give you a free sample of our new collection upon the 10th pieces purchased as long as the proof of showroom condition is submitted. Free showroom sample is entitled for once only per product design per client.

Global Marketing Material (GMM)
- GMM will be provided: e.g, printed catalogue, theme song CD and etc.

Exclusivity by Products
The exclusivity rights is only exclusivity by product.

Target of revenue
Proposal of target to meet has to be relative to one's region or country GDP and population.

Maximum Discount
Only SHAPE range of product within the maximum discount allowed is calculated into the target amount. SHAPE range beyond maximum discount and other HINLIM range of product are not included into the target amount. Dealer will only enjoy all the benefits when they meet the target proposed and agreed.

Advertising Budget
Advertising budget will be forfeited quarterly if not apply for.

Initial Contract
Initial contract of exclusivity right of SHAPE product is for 1 year only.

Extension of Contract
Upon meeting target, the further extension of contract is for period of 2 years only.
